listen to your president
it doesn't matter whether the apathetic person thinks they are on a 'side' or not. someone who is apathetic, by definition does not, I know this. it's what OTHER people think, and/or the CONSEQUENCES of not having taken a 'side'.
ex. your's and mine, but not nicE's president:
"You're either with us, or you're against us"
i.e. if your not willing to invade iraq, support the patriot act, you are IN EFFECT a terrorist.
you can go ahead and be apathetic, and that's fine, but other people are not going to see it that way.
